Community Development And Conflict Handling

DESCRIPTION

Pelatihan ini membahas mengenai pendesainan, pemonitoran dan pengevaluasian partisipasi di proyek–proyek pengembangan masyarakat (community development) dengan menggunakan persoalan–persoalan yang ada di masyarakat sekitar. Pembahasan berikutnya adalah mengenai bagaimana melakukan pelibatan terhadap proyek–proyek pengembangan masyarakat dan juga membahas mengenai prinsip-prinsip pengembangan masyarakat. Disamping itu, pelatihan ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana mengelola konflik, baik konflik di dalam internal perusahaan, maupun konflik perusahaan dengan lingkungan eksternal.
