<p>To improve reliability of plant, many companies implement predictive maintenance program that using various technology to monitor machine health and eliminate at least reduce unplanned breakdown and extend MTBF of machine.</p>
<p>As vibration, oil analysis is important technology in monitoring critical machine. Gearbox and turbine are examples machines that more powerful if monitored using oil analysis technology.</p>
<p>Common problem that occurred are method and procedure of sampling oil, interpretation of oil analysis report and non integration of oil analysis report with other technology like vibration. Geology Imperial College (ICST) London at 1973.He has worked for about 36 years as lecturer at ITB and currently as Chairman of Dept. Oil and Gas ITSB Bandung, active as lecturer, he is also active as consultant for pipelines in Oil &amp; Gas sector and  has  designed about 100 gas lift wells in Reservoir, Drilling, Production Operations and NGL.  He also designed Jet Pump for Kalimantan and also worked to supervise ESP and horizontal drilling for ZU and B structures and studied the reservoir in the areas.</p>

<p><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>This course offers instruction on the Mechanical Cabinet Actuator equipment. The course material and exercises provide training on the ballhead, dashpot, pilot valve, distributing valve, linkage and restoring. Lectures and hands-on exercises provide for a thorough understanding of the equipment.</p>
<p>During the hands-on portion of the class, a minor overhaul is preformed on the test stand including: Disassembly of the ballhead, dashpot, pilot valve, oil motor, flow regulator, and linkage. May also include disassembly of the distributing valve.</p>
<p>Hand calibration includes: Setting oil motor speed, relay vibration, gate position/gate limit hand alignment, checking for zero droop and setting ballhead speed.</p>
<p><strong>NOTE</strong><strong>:</strong> The pumps, unloader valve and pressure tanks are not covered in this class, but any questions pertaining to these items will be addressed.(ep)</p>

<p><strong>DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>To improve reliability of plant, many companies implement predictive maintenance program that using various technology to monitor machine health and eliminate at least reduce unplanned breakdown and extend MTBF of machine.</p>
<p>As vibration, oil analysis is important technology in monitoring critical machine. Gearbox and turbine are examples machines that more powerful if monitored using oil analysis technology.</p>
<p>Common problem that occurred are method and procedure of sampling oil, interpretation of oil analysis report and non integration of oil analysis report with other technology like vibration. This course explain how to good sample method, how to analyze data, interpret report and how to integrate oil analysis data with vibration to build comprehensive report.</p>
<p>This course is designed to help you prepare for the Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) certification. It covers foundational oil analysis information including oil sampling, lubricant health monitoring, contamination measurement and control, and wear debris monitoring.(ep)</p>
