<p><strong>DESKRIPSI</strong><br />
Managing Customer Satisfaction  adalah suatu proses pengelolaan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas produk (barang dan/ atau jasa) dan pelayanan suatu organisasi, dikaitkan dengan kebutuhan dan harapannya. Dengan melakukan pengelolaan Customer Satisfaction kita akan dapat mengupayakan loyalitas pelanggan kepada produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan, serta sejauh mana performance (kinerja) suatu organisasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan tersebut. Disamping itu, kita juga akan mendapatkan informasi mengenai pola kompetisi yang sangat penting bagi strategi improvement suatu organisasi ke depan. Pengelolaan kepuasan pelanggan menjadi sangat penting dalam rangka mempertahankan pelanggan mengingat iklim persaingan dunia usaha yang sangat ketat dewasa ini.</p>
