<p><strong>DESKRIPSI</strong><br />
Effective customer relationship management ditujukan bagi para praktisi pemasaran yang hendak mengembangkan kompetensinya dalam membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan. Pelanggan adalah asset perusahaan yang paling berharga sehingga perlu dipelihara dan dikembangkan melalui manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM). Melalui CRM perusahaan dapat lebih memenuhi kebutuhan, keinginan dan ekspektasi pelanggan sehingga terwujud customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sebagai hasilnya perusahaan akan menerima profitabilitas jangka panjang dari pelanggan yang loyal. Oleh karena itu, visi dan misi perusahaan harus mengutamakan kepentingan pelanggan di atas segala-galanya.</p>
