Kebutuhan akan personil pemegang jabatan tenaga teknik khusus yang mempunyai kompetensi kerja standar sektor industri migas, makin dirasakan karena sifat industri migas yang padat teknologi, padat modal dan berisiko bahaya yang tinggi. Kompetensi kerja personil ini merupakan persyaratan minimal yang harus dipenuhi oleh pemegang<br />
jabatan tenaga teknik khusus (TTK) sektor industri migas serta panas bumi, sub sektor industri migas hulu dan hilir antara lain untuk bidang inspektur tangki timbun di Indonesia, yang disusunsecara sistematis dalam SKKNI.<br />
Prosedur perumusan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) tersebut sesuai amanat PP Nomor 31 Tahun 2006, tentang Sistim Pelatihan Kerja Nasional pasal 5,6 dan 7 (diganti dengan Permenakertrans No. 8 Tahun 2012 Tatacara Penetapan SKKNI).Perumusan SKKNI ini disusun dengan melibatkan stakeholder yang berkaitan dengan substansi standar dan dilaksanakan oleh Panitia Perumusan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) untuk Tenaga Teknik Khusus yang bekerja pada bidang Inspektur tangki timbun sub sektor industri migas dan panas bumi. Sumber data diperoleh dari SNI, MOSS, Standar Internasional dan Workplaces bidang Inspektur tangki timbun.<br />
Tangki timbun (storage tank) dirancang untuk beroperasi dengan kemampuan terhadap tekanan tertentu, sistem insulasi tertentu, dan menampung fluida/gas serta distribusi tertentu. Fungsi utama dari tangki timbun adalah untuk menyimpan minyak mentah atau minyak hasil dari proses kilang,  gas, chemical dan lain-lain.<br />
Namun tak jarang tangki timbun beroperasi diluar batasan-batasan ini yang mengakibatkan risiko kecelakaan. Sering kali penyebab kecelakaan serius tersebut adalah kebocoran cairan, gas, dan limbah beracun. Tangki yang berisi zat tidak berbahaya sekalipun memiliki potensi bahaya.</p>
<p><strong>TUJUAN</strong><br />

<p><strong>Deskripsi</strong><br />
Gesekan yang ditimbulkan oleh dua benda yang bersentuhan dapat menimbulkan keausan pada kedua permukaan yang menyebabkan pemborosan energi yang dikeluarkan. Agar dapat mengurangi timbulnya keausan maka dilakukan tindakan pelumasan (lubrication). Pelumasan (lubrication) harus dilakukan dengan benar agar mesin atau peralatan yang digunakan dapat tahan lama dan tidak menurunkan daya guna yang dimiliki. Oil Analysis dan Tribology disini merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari mengenai persentuhan permukaan pada pergerakan relative dengan tujuan untuk membandingkan sifat kimia dan fisik pelumas apakah masih mempunyai performa yang baik atau tidak serta untuk mengetahui kandungan air, zat aditif serta viskositas dari pelumas tersebut.<br />

<p><strong>DESKRIPSI</strong><br />
Pelatihan tentang aspek hukum dalam industri minyak dan gas merupakan pelatihan komprehensif untuk memperdalam pengetahuan kita dalam aspek hukum minyak &amp; gas industry. Pelatihan ini akan diselenggarakan dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia dan diberikan oleh ahli hukum dan para otoritas yang berpengalaman dan menangani kasus dan terlibat dalam industri minyak dan gas bumi.<br />
Setelah mengikuti Pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan untuk dapat memiliki keahlian hukum dalam rangka memahami aspek hukum minyak dan gas termasuk mengerti dan memahami: (i) berbagai jenis kontrak yang umum digunakan dalam industri minyak dan gas bumi (TAC, PSC, JOB, JOA, EOR ); (ii) peran dan kewenangan Badan Pengatur Minyak dan Gas yaitu BP Migas dan BPH Migas, (iii) cara untuk memperoleh wilayah pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi; (iv) berbagai kewajiban kontraktor kepada pemerintah; ( v) karakteristik kegiatan hulu dan hilir (eksplorasi, eksploitasi, pengolahan, pengangkutan, penyimpanan dan penjualan); (vi) kegiatan penciutan wilayah pertambangan, pembebasan lahan, (vii) cost recovery, AFE, WPB, POD, ROW; (viii) berbagai peraturan dan isu-isu penting yang wajib diketahui dan dipahami dalam melakukan LDD di perusahaan minyak dan gas, dan (ix) berbagai pembatasan dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam kerangka penggabungan dan pengambilalihan perusahaan minyak dan gas</p>

•Memahami karakteristik kegiatan usaha hulu dan usaha hilir yang terdiri dari : Eksplorasi; Eksploitasi; Pengelolaan; Pengangkutan; Penyimpanan; Niaga<br />
•Memahami berbagai kewajiban kontraktor kepada Negara termasuk iuran Eksplorasi; Eksploitasi; nilai bagi hasil dan perpajakan<br />
•Memahami proses pengajuan sebuah wilayah kerja pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi<br />
•memahami kewajiban relienquismant wilayah kerja bagi kontraktor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi.<br />

Pelatihan ini akan lebih fokus terhadap bagaimana menentukan kondisi baik tidaknya sebuah transformer dengan menganalisa beberapa data kombinasi hasil pengujian oli transformer, dalam hal ini hasil data pengujian BDV, KOH dan DGA dengan menggunakan beberapa metode analisa untuk pengambilan keputusan secara teknis maupun biaya dengan cepat dan tepat.</p>

<p>To improve reliability of plant, many companies implement predictive maintenance program that using various technology to monitor machine health and eliminate at least reduce unplanned breakdown and extend MTBF of machine.</p>
<p>As vibration, oil analysis is important technology in monitoring critical machine. Gearbox and turbine are examples machines that more powerful if monitored using oil analysis technology.</p>
<p>Common problem that occurred are method and procedure of sampling oil, interpretation of oil analysis report and non integration of oil analysis report with other technology like vibration. <p>He was graduated from Petroleum Engineering Dept. of ITB and got his MSC/DIC in Reservoir Engineering from Dept. Geology Imperial College (ICST) London at 1973.He has worked for about 36 years as lecturer at ITB and currently as Chairman of Dept. Oil and Gas ITSB Bandung, active as lecturer, he is also active as consultant for pipelines in Oil &amp; Gas sector and  has  designed about 100 gas lift wells in Reservoir, Drilling, Production Operations and NGL.  He also designed Jet Pump for Kalimantan and also worked to supervise ESP and horizontal drilling for ZU and B structures and studied the reservoir in the areas.</p>
